Drawn to organic subjects, Kathy Doley's artworks depict a variety of florals, fauna and landscapes in a manner that is incredibly bold, highly expressive and deeply colourised. With a desire to evoke joy, surprise, and a just a hint of nostalgia. Her artistic approach is primarily intuitive and what results on her canvas is a consequence of her ability to enjoy the process without striving for absolute perfection.
