Pierre and Grass by Cat Leonard

Acrylic on canvas

Measurements: 53cm x 53cm

Cat attended the North Adelaide school of fine art in the late 1980s, and from then on started creating art to sell. With a focus on printmaking, painting and textiles, she built up her first small art business.  Her body of work includes painting for exhibitions, commissioned paintings, portraits and Illustrations, showcasing and selling my work in shops and on-line, teaching workshops and tutoring painting in various venues around Adelaide.

As an artist, she take seriously the development of her own unique style through her practice of painting and creating art everyday. She seeks to present an appealing balance between chaos and order in her paintings, and this best reflects who she is as a person living in the world.
